1. Who we are
KING PRO is a Gmail automation platform. It allows a user to connect their own Google Gmail account through Google OAuth and configure authorized email automation features such as automatic replies and forwarding.
We do not collect Gmail passwords. Users grant access to their Google account only through the official Google consent flow.
2. Google OAuth and Gmail access
When a user clicks “Continue with Google” in the user panel, Google displays the consent screen. The user chooses the Google account they want to use and approves the requested permissions.
- KING PRO uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate the user and connect the Gmail account.
- The user must explicitly authorize the access. We do not request or receive the Gmail password.
- The application may access only the Gmail data needed for the disclosed functionality, such as the account email address, Gmail profile metadata, message history checkpoint, and message sending capability used by automation features.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
3. Which Gmail data is used
KING PRO may use the Gmail account data required for the features enabled by the user. In practice, this includes:
- Primary Gmail address used to identify the connected account.
- Message metadata used to detect new incoming emails and trigger automated actions.
- Gmail send permission needed to send automated replies and configured forwards.
- Gmail history checkpoint values used to efficiently detect newly received messages without scanning the entire mailbox.
We do not store the full raw inbox content for unrelated purposes, and we do not use a user’s Google data outside the approved automation features.
4. How automation works
Once a Gmail account is connected, the user may enable features such as:
- Automatic reply to incoming emails.
- Forwarding of incoming messages to an approved address.
- Reply-to account configuration for authorized Gmail workflows.
These actions are performed only after the user has connected the Gmail account and enabled the relevant feature in the application. The system uses the Google OAuth credentials for the connected account to call the Gmail API and perform the approved operation.
5. Token storage and encryption
Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are not stored in plain text. The application encrypts stored credential data before writing it to the database.
- Access/refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using a Fernet-based encryption key.
- The encryption key is kept in a secure environment variable or server configuration and is not distributed in public source code.
- All traffic between the client and the backend should use HTTPS to protect token transfer in transit.
6. Data storage and access control
We store only the data needed to operate the product and to maintain the user’s configured account and automation state. This includes:
- User account information required for login and access control.
- Connected Gmail account records.
- Encrypted OAuth credentials for the connected Gmail account.
- Automation settings such as message templates, forwarding addresses, and enabling flags.
Access is limited to the relevant user account and authorized admin operations. Credentials and user data are stored in the application’s secure backend environment.
7. Third-party sharing
KING PRO does not sell user data. We do not share user Gmail data with advertising partners or unrelated third parties.
We may share limited information only with Google as required for OAuth and Gmail API operations, and with our hosting provider or infrastructure operator only as necessary to operate the production service.
Any data shared outside the platform is limited to what is required to provide the service and to comply with applicable law.
8. User control, disconnect, and deletion
Users control their Google account connection and may disconnect the Gmail account from the app at any time.
- Disconnecting the Gmail account removes the stored OAuth authorization from the app.
- Revoking the app’s access in Google Account settings also invalidates the user’s Google permissions.
- When a user disconnects or deletes the account, the associated stored authorization and tokens are deleted or revoked where supported by the Google OAuth flow.
To request deletion of user data, please contact the support team at support@kingpro.pro. We will review the request and remove the relevant account data and authorization records in line with the product’s defined deletion flow.
9. Security and incident handling
KING PRO uses HTTPS in production, encrypted token storage, and restricted access to authenticated account data. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to reduce risk.
If a security issue is identified, we will act promptly to contain the problem, assess the affected systems, and notify the relevant user or authority if required by law.
For security or privacy concerns, contact us at support@kingpro.pro.
10. Google APIs and compliance
This Privacy Policy is designed to be consistent with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and Google’s Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data for the features that the user explicitly enabled and for the purpose of providing the Gmail automation service.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, unrelated profiling, or non-service related purposes.
