1. Service overview
KING PRO is a Gmail automation platform that allows a user to connect their own Gmail account through Google OAuth and configure approved email workflow features such as automated replies and forwarding.
By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the relevant Google policies that apply to the Google account and Gmail API access.
2. User responsibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
- You may only connect Gmail accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the automation rules you enable and for ensuring that they comply with applicable law and your permissions.
- You must not use KING PRO to send spam, deceptive messages, malicious content, or any unauthorized communications.
3. Google OAuth and Gmail access
KING PRO uses Google OAuth to allow the user to connect a Gmail account. The user approves the required permissions on Google’s consent screen and the service only uses that Google account for the specific features enabled by the user.
We do not collect your Gmail password. Google retains control of the authorization and consent flow.
4. Account and license rules
Access to the service may depend on account approval and the active license assigned by the administrator. If your account or license is suspended, revoked, or expired, the platform may restrict or end your access.
You agree not to share, transfer, or misuse license access or administrator credentials.
5. Prohibited use
You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the platform’s access protections without permission.
6. Service availability and risk
The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, Google API changes, network issues, policy changes, or other operational factors. KING PRO is provided as-is and may not always be available or error-free.
Users should not rely solely on automated email responses as the only method of handling crucial communications.
7. Disconnection and termination
You may disconnect your Gmail account from the service at any time. You may also revoke KING PRO’s access from your Google Account settings. If you violate these Terms, the administrator may suspend or terminate your access to the service.
We may disable or revoke access if we determine the platform is being used improperly, insecurely, or in breach of these Terms.
8. Data and privacy
Use of user data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use Google data only for the disclosed features, with secure token storage and HTTPS in production.
We do not use Google user data for profiling, advertising, or unrelated business purposes.
